How can you design a low-cost flashlight to penetrate an overladen product category? This self imposed challenge led to a search for a competitive advantage in a niche market. Anyone who is familiar with blackouts has experienced stumbling around in the dark searching for the stowed flashlight. Torch elevates the user experience of coping with a power failure to a more integrated experience. Easy to find, comfortable to hold and with all critical phone numbers attached, Torch lights the way in an emergency.
